Q: can i take inspiration from your site?

A: hell yeah! i'm very flattered. it's fine to re-create any of my layouts from scratch as long as it's transformative and not obvious plagiarism.
just don't steal my entire source code, since i've been seeing a few bad apples do this.

Q: can you change/remove my button from your button lists?

A: absolutely, just shoot me an email with your site URL and the image of the current button.

Q: personal boundaries in question?

A: i'm not a huge fan of DNI/BYF lists since they can be easily weaponized by trolls, so i won't go into detail. but here are a few guidelines:

• don't try to act parasocial towards me. parasocial interaction includes, but is not limit to:

  • misusing my email just for trivia, treating me as your "friend" or "acquaintance", etc. just because i may be seen as friendly or helpful doesn't mean i'm automatically your friend.
    
    
  • moral policing - "informing" me about following a controversial figure without further elaborating under an anonymous account. this pisses me off greatly as nobody's perfect and people can change over time. now if it's something as easy as finding a site tagged with something controversial, or somebody airing out their takes via a simple bio, then that's fine.
    
    my mutuals and neighbors are exempt from this rule. if you're either of one, please contact me through email with audiovisual proof (documents, videos, etc.)
    

• i also don't recommend following me solely for fanart. even though my gallery's chock-full of it, i still don't feel comfortable with being seen as "that one [X] artist." also it severely hinders my gallery's diversity.

Q: how do you code [X]?

A: i tend to use sites from my resources page and ask for help from certain communities such as discord servers. i also forage through stack overflow.

Q: can you help me with my site?

A: as much as i'd love to, no. communication is not my forte. the best i can do is give you tips and maybe a pastebin.
